Here at Outdoor Network we strive to allow all logins to equate to the email of the user involved.


In order to login to the helpdesk we use something called SSO and instructions on how to do so are as follows:



  • To submit a request for an item in our service catalog, such as a computer or printer you will need to login in. You can do this in two places.



  • To login to our organization click "Sign in with SSO"




  • Now we simply login using our windows login credentials in the following format
    • '<first name>.<last initial>@<domain>.com'
    • Windows login password
