Instructions on how to remove your signature from the Outlook desktop program

  • While in the Outlook program, click file and then options.



  • From there, click "Mail" and then "Signatures"



  • Once in the signatures section we just want to either remove all signatures or set all default's to "(none)". This would apply to both new messages as well as replies and forwards as shown below:


  • Click "OK" twice and we're all done.
