In order to fix the VPN connection issues, the optional update KB5010793/KB5010796  must be installed. Please follow the instruction below to restore your VPN connection. DO NOT update to Windows 11. Click "Stay on Windows 10 for now" if you are presented with the Windows 11 update. The updates you need won't appear until you have declined the Windows 11 update.

Press the Windows key on your keyboard or click the windows icon at the bottom right of your screen. The start menu should pop up.

Start typing "updates' and click Check for updates

Click download and Install and restart your computer. The update may not appear immediately.

If you don't see the update in the instructions, just download and install all updates and restart when prompted. Repeat this until no further updates are available. Do not install windows 11 and decline ("Stay on Windows 10 for now" option) if you are prompted to update to windows 11.
