You should have the TeamViewer App installed on your computer. The icon looks like the image below

You may find this on your desktop, on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, or inside the start menu.
1) Click  on the left

2)  You will be presented with an ID and Password. We will need these to remote into your computer.
