All users will have access to Microsoft 365 office apps through office.com. Depending on your position you may have access to the Office Desktop apps. This is on an as needed basis. Because of the additional monthly charge, a change of license from web-only apps to desktop apps must be approved by the (General Manager?)

• Email and M365 Apps (Online and Desktop Apps) utilize Single Sign-on and do not require a license key to utilize.
• No need to add a signature. Email signatures are automatically applied after you send an email. 
• Title changes must be requested by a manager.
• Outdoor Network utilizes Mimecast as our email filter. Occasionally you will receive an email from [email protected] asking you to review messages that may have been held. More On Held Messages.
