VPN
When you work remotely, you’ll connect to our internal network using a VPN account that we’ll issue in advance. To establish the connection, first open the VPN client on your computer and enter your credentials. Next, authenticate via Duo MFA by approving the login request in the Duo app. Most machines come with the VPN client pre-installed; if yours does not—or if you’re unsure—submit a helpdesk ticket through the Helpdesk Portal or email [email protected] for assistance. Remember that the VPN serves as your secure gateway into our systems: so use good judgement in your browsing and online activities.
#Common VPN Errors
Error 691 Verify username and password -
Access denied because the username, password, or both is not valid.
Re-enter your username and password when connecting to the VPN.
Error 718 Verifiy user name and password
Access is denied because the Duo prompt was not answered.
Ensure that notifications and Duo phone numbers aren't blocked.
