In order to successfully connect to our network when we run on the secondary ISP connection in case of outage issues, we need to resolve the DNS name for the VPN connection from the static IP. 

To do please follow the steps:

Open your VPN connection 

Make sure you hangup if you are currently connected.

Click on Properties

You will see the server address in the Hostname IP field, please copy and paste the following and place it in that field. 

albany-ga-seminole-ln-and-indust-ngbdbkcwk.dynamic-m.com 

Click on OK and then click on connect. 

You should register right away and reconnect with the Network. IF you have any issues or concerns making these changes please put in a helpdesk ticket and we will address all individual needs one at a time.
