We now have a new method to sign into the VPN to access our network. To sign in, we will use our network login/O365 login to connect. Open the Rasphone app that should be pined to your taskbar as your normally would.

Click connect and in the password field enter the same password you use to access your machine and email.

Signing in this way should resolve any issues we experience with the S drive and mapping of network drives.

When you connect you will receive a DUO prompt to authorize the connection. As always, if you get a prompt and are not actively trying to connect please refuse the request. 

Alternatively you can request a phone call from DUO inplace of the traditional push notification. To receive a phone call authorization type in ",phone" after your password e.g:
