Issue
When a user who has Dynamic Web TWAIN installed on their profile leaves or is reassigned, the software remains installed under their local user account. This causes problems when a new user takes over the computer, as the software will not install with installation files already present..
Solution
To properly install Dynamic Web TWAIN for a new user, follow these steps:

Uninstall Dynamic Web TWAIN from the Previous User's Profile.
- Navigate to the previous user's profile directory, typically located at
C:\Users\<PreviousUser>\AppData\Roaming\
. - Delete the
Dynamsoft
folder found in the%appdata%
directory. - Navigate to
C:\ProgramData\
and delete theDynamsoft
folder.

- Install Dynamic Web TWAIN as usual

- After installation, the CVR website won't throw errors when the user visits page with uploads and scanners will populate the drop-down menus.
