When user makes payment through Spartan, Payment Gateway presents them with the following message:
The connection is blocked because it was initiated by a public page to connect to devices or servers on your private network. Reload this page to allow the connection.
Resolution: Disable local-network-access-check flag in chrome.
Steps to Disable the Flag
Open Google Chrome.

In the address bar, enter or copy&paste the following:
chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check Press Enter.
Locate “Local network access check.”
From the dropdown, select Disabled.
Click Relaunch at the bottom-right corner of Chrome to apply changes.
